REPLACEMENTS

1 – What should I do if my order, which I just received, is fully damaged, crooked, or defective?

Any sprain, scratch, or damage to the spectacles that occurs during transit is the responsibility of Al-an optical. We firmly believe that every product leaves the production unit after being thoroughly scrutinized. Contact us via Live Chat and let a representative know about this problem. The only thing we need from you is the order specifics. To resolve this matter, we’ll talk, look into it, and provide a free replacement pair.

2 – I adore my spectacles, but I am unable to see through them.

Although we support customer pleasure, we also acknowledge that putting together hundreds of pairs per day is laborious and calls for time management. Our production facility uses both automatic and manual quality loops. However, if your eyewear is misaligned, torn, or has an incorrect prescription, we will send you a new pair of eyeglasses. Having said that, we strive to make your experience unforgettable by learning from that of our clients.

3 – I have been waiting for my order for a very long time. Where is it?

We make sure that, on average, all orders for Pakistan arrive at their destinations in 2–5 working days across the country. However, it can take 10–12 days to arrive in the US, UK, and Canada. Send us an email or let us know about any orders via Live Chat. Al-an optical uses top freight to distribute eyeglasses in all regions, so this transit hiccup is just temporary.

EXCHANGE

I ordered it, however, this size is too small for me.

REFUND

In order to ensure that consumers are happy, Eyeglasses. pk developed a helpful “Return & Exchange” policy that enables customers to make a “One Time Exchange” on their order. The price of the newly chosen frame must, however, match that of the initial order price.

In the event that they are not satisfied with the delivered item, customers may also submit a “Refund Request.” In this instance, just the “Frame” portion of the purchase will be returned; the “Lenses” portion will be subtracted from the overall order price.

All clients should include the following information when requesting a new pair of glasses or a refund:

The issue with Prescriptions: A copy of a prescription written by an optician is required.

Warranty: after 15 days of receiving the glasses, complaints were made
